- 1 box chocolate cake mix (or homemade chocolate cake)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Oreos, crushed (plus more for decoration)
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
- 12 mini Oreo cookies (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil, and mix until well blended.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos gently.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, frost with chocolate frosting and garnish each cupcake with a mini Oreo on top for that Mickey Mouse look.
Notes
