- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
