  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, about ¾ inch.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
