- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken chunks and zucchini slices with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
- Spread the seasoned chicken and zucchini evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Generously sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
