  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita bread
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Sliced red onion
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken with the marinade and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat or prepare your grill. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Combine Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  4. Lay a piece of pita bread flat, add sliced chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion, then drizzle tzatziki on top.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
