Instructions
- If using fresh potatoes, boil them until fork-tender, then mash with butter and cream until smooth. For leftovers, simply reheat until warm.
- In a large bowl, combine the warm mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Scoop out the mixture into golf ball-sized portions.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for baking or heat oil in a deep fryer.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm for the ultimate cheesy experience.
