Description

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking, or heat oil in a deep fryer if frying.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the warm mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized portions.
  4. If baking, place the puffs on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. For frying, gently place the puffs in hot oil until crispy and golden.
