  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits for extra flavor.
  6. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; stir until smooth and creamy.
  7. Return chicken to skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
  8. Toss in cooked pasta, ensuring it’s well-coated with the sauce. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
