Description

A delightful low-carb Italian sub wrap filled with savory meats and melty cheese, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 low-carb tortilla
  • 3 slices of salami
  • 3 slices of pepperoni
  • 2 slices of provolone cheese
  • 12 tbsp banana peppers
  • 12 tsp Italian dressing (light or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on the pan.
  3. On one half of the tortilla, layer the provolone cheese, salami, pepperoni, and banana peppers.
  4. Drizzle the layered fillings with a bit of Italian dressing.
  5. Gently fold the tortilla over and press it down.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until the tortilla turns golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  7. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Best served warm with a side salad or vegetable soup. Wrap leftovers in parchment and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
