A delightful low-carb Italian sub wrap filled with savory meats and melty cheese, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 low-carb tortilla
- 3 slices of salami
- 3 slices of pepperoni
- 2 slices of provolone cheese
- 1–2 tbsp banana peppers
- 1–2 tsp Italian dressing (light or homemade)
Instructions
- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Lay the tortilla flat on the pan.
- On one half of the tortilla, layer the provolone cheese, salami, pepperoni, and banana peppers.
- Drizzle the layered fillings with a bit of Italian dressing.
- Gently fold the tortilla over and press it down.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until the tortilla turns golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Best served warm with a side salad or vegetable soup. Wrap leftovers in parchment and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
