- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, half of the cheese, heavy cream or sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
