Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, half of the cheese, heavy cream or sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
