Description

Easy and delicious low-calorie pizza rolls made with tortillas, cheese, and pepperoni for a fun snack.


Ingredients

  • 5 Mission Zero Carb tortillas
  • 2.5 string cheese sticks, cut in half
  • 10 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 15 slices turkey pepperoni
  • “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On each tortilla, spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  3. Place 3 slices of turkey pepperoni on top and add half a string cheese.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray each roll with butter spray and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until they turn crispy and golden.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like extra tomato sauce or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
