Description

A creamy, cheesy pasta that combines the best parts of bacon cheeseburgers into a delectable dish, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Fold in the drained pasta and crumbled bacon. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a lighter dish, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream or try ground turkey for a healthier protein swap. Serve with a light salad or garlic bread.
