- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Fold in the drained pasta and crumbled bacon. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a lighter dish, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream or try ground turkey for a healthier protein swap. Serve with a light salad or garlic bread.
