- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 cup beef broth
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to the pan, tossing everything together to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Tweak the spice level by adjusting the amount of gochujang. Feel free to add quick-cooking vegetables for extra nutrition.
