Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and if using, the red pepper flakes.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice, and garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
