Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.
