- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Spoon the beef mixture over a bed of cooked rice.
- Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
