  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture over a bed of cooked rice.
