Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Combine well.
- Continue cooking for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve the beef mixture hot over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a leaner option, substitute ground turkey or chicken. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
