Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Combine well.
  4. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. Serve the beef mixture hot over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a leaner option, substitute ground turkey or chicken. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
