Description

Delicious Korean BBQ Steak Rice Bowls made with marinated steak, rice, and vibrant vegetables.


Ingredients

  • White or brown rice
  • Flank or sirloin steak
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Grated or minced ginger
  • Chopped green onions
  • Spicy cream sauce (or sriracha/kitchen sauce)
  • Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, or seasonal options)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Slice the steak thinly and marinate with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add marinated steak and cook for 3-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  4. Using the same pan, sauté your choice of vegetables until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Assemble the bowls with rice at the bottom, topped with steak, sautéed vegetables, and drizzle with spicy cream sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions.
