Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered erythritol, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. If desired, fold in the baking powder for a lighter texture.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on your prepared baking sheet. Flatten them slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn lightly golden.
