Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered erythritol, and salt.
- Add softened butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- If desired, fold in the baking powder for a lighter texture.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on your prepared baking sheet. Flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
