- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until soft—about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the ground beef and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, approximately 10 minutes.
