Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned, ensuring it’s fully cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking until they soften and become fragrant.
- Stir in the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until the mixture becomes creamy and cohesive.
- Lay out the low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves on a clean surface.
- Spoon the savory meat mixture onto the tortillas or leaves.
- Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese, then carefully roll them up.
