  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned, ensuring it’s fully cooked through.
  2. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking until they soften and become fragrant.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until the mixture becomes creamy and cohesive.
  4. Lay out the low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves on a clean surface.
  5. Spoon the savory meat mixture onto the tortillas or leaves.
  6. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese, then carefully roll them up.
