Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the chopped cauliflower and cook until tender.
- Incorporate the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it simmer for a few more minutes until everything is nicely combined and heated through.

Notes
