Instructions

  3. Mix the dry ingredients — flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper — in a bowl.
  4. Coat the jackfruit: Dip each piece in the flour mixture, then into the plant-based milk, and finally, coat it with breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Toss the baked wings in your favorite wing sauce before serving.
