- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the can of jackfruit; then, shred it into pieces using your hands or forks.
- Mix the dry ingredients — flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper — in a bowl.
- Coat the jackfruit: Dip each piece in the flour mixture, then into the plant-based milk, and finally, coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Toss the baked wings in your favorite wing sauce before serving.
