- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

- 2 cups cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- If using pasta, add it to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
