Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
- Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer.
- Select the dough cycle and start the machine.
- Once the dough is finished, shape it into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Set the pan in a warm location to rise until doubled in size (about 30-45 minutes).
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) while dough rises.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
