Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the bread machine in the order specified by the manufacturer.
  2. Select the dough cycle and start the machine.
  3. Once the dough is finished, shape it into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Set the pan in a warm location to rise until doubled in size (about 30-45 minutes).
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) while dough rises.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing.
