Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Sliced deli meats (ham, salami, turkey)
  • Provolone cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli meats and provolone cheese on top of the buns.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the buttery mixture generously over the top of the sliders.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with any leftover butter mixture.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders pair well with crispy fries or a fresh garden salad. For a zesty kick, serve with marinara or garlic aioli.
