Ingredients

  • Italian hoagie rolls
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Pepperoncini
  • Cucumbers
  • Olives
  • Salami
  • Capicola
  • Provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice the Italian hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the bottom half with fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, pepperoncini, cucumber slices, and olives.
  3. Place slices of salami, capicola, and provolone cheese on top of the vegetables.
  4. Drizzle generously with Italian dressing and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
