- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (plus extra for topping)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup crispy breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
