Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic; sauté until they soften and become fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts, cooking until both sides are nicely browned—about 5-7 minutes.
