Delicious crab cake bites that are crispy on the outside and tender within, served with a zesty lemon-dill sauce.

- 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Chives, chopped
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, softened cream cheese, sour cream, Old Bay seasoning, chopped chives, and the egg. Mix gently to keep the crab meat intact.
- Shape the mixture into small patties or bites, about an inch in diameter.
- Roll each crab cake bite in panko bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the crab cake bites in batches until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
- For the lemon-dill sauce, mix together sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Serve the crab cake bites on a platter with the zesty lemon-dill sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
