These delightful bites are a twist on the classic tiramisu, combining rich flavors in a fun, bite-sized treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits or ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso (cooled)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, crushed biscuits, cooled espresso, powdered sugar, and coffee liqueur (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
- Refrigerate until set, then serve and enjoy!

Keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week; can be frozen for up to three months.
