Description

These delightful bites are a twist on the classic tiramisu, combining rich flavors in a fun, bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits or ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, crushed biscuits, cooled espresso, powdered sugar, and coffee liqueur (if using). Mix until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
  6. Refrigerate until set, then serve and enjoy!
