  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

A warm, buttery crust encasing a cheesy, beefy filling with the classic flavors of garlic and Parmesan, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and stir in Worcestershire sauce. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well mixed.
  4. Roll out each biscuit into about 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, creating a ball. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush the tops of each cheeseburger bomb with this mixture.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the bombs.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option. Pair with your favorite dipping sauces.
