- 1 pound Ground Beef (or turkey/plant-based option)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cooked rice. Mix well and cook for a couple more minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in the sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and shredded cheeses.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spoon the filling into the center of each one.
- Carefully fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla to enclose the filling.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add butter or oil, and place the burrito seam-side down.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Slice in half and serve warm!
Notes
Serve with salsa, guacamole, or a crisp side salad. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for three months.
