A delicious wrap that combines grilled cheese flavors with taco seasonings and hearty ingredients, perfect for busy weeknights or relaxed brunches.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (or turkey/plant-based option)
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Cooked White Rice
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cooked rice. Mix well and cook for a couple more minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and shredded cheeses.
  4. Lay out the flour tortillas and spoon the filling into the center of each one.
  5. Carefully fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla to enclose the filling.
  6. Heat a pan over medium heat, add butter or oil, and place the burrito seam-side down.
  7. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm!

Notes

Serve with salsa, guacamole, or a crisp side salad. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for three months.
