A warming and hearty dish combining tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and rich cheddar cheese cooked slowly in a crockpot.

- 2 lbs Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
- 4 cups Broccoli Florets (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 can Cream Soup, condensed (chicken or mushroom)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Chicken Broth (low-sodium preferred)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker flat at the bottom.
- Pour the condensed cream soup over the chicken.
- Add the broccoli florets evenly on top of the chicken and soup.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 360 minutes (6 to 8 hours) or high for 180 minutes (3 to 4 hours).
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then garnish and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use fresh chicken and adjust the cooking time if using frozen broccoli.
