- 1 package frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the package of frozen hashbrowns in a large mixing bowl and allow them to thaw for about 10 minutes.
- Once the hashbrowns are soft, break them into smaller pieces using your hands or a spoon.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, mixing it evenly with the hashbrowns.
- Sprinkle in the crumbled bacon, and stir gently to combine.
- Add the onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and salt. Mix until the spices are well dispersed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Pour this creamy mixture over the hashbrowns and bacon, stirring everything together until fully coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served warm with a zesty dipping sauce. Can be frozen before baking for later enjoyment.
