Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and pour in the vegetable broth.
- Close the lid of the Instant Pot, ensuring the valve is set to sealing. Set it to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, carefully release the pressure using the quick release method.
- Open the lid and stir in the cream cheese and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the crumbled bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy your soup hot, garnished with chives if desired.
Notes
