  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
  2. Toss in the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Stir in the long-grain rice, salt, pepper, and paprika, ensuring everything is coated in the spices.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and give it a good stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Close the lid, set the pressure valve to sealing, and cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. Once cooking is complete, quickly release the pressure.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and frozen peas, mixing thoroughly.
  8. Allow the dish to sit for a few minutes to achieve that creamy consistency.
  9. Top with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your meal!
