- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
- Toss in the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the long-grain rice, salt, pepper, and paprika, ensuring everything is coated in the spices.
- Pour in the chicken broth and give it a good stir to combine all ingredients.
- Close the lid, set the pressure valve to sealing, and cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, quickly release the pressure.
- Stir in the heavy cream and frozen peas, mixing thoroughly.
- Allow the dish to sit for a few minutes to achieve that creamy consistency.
- Top with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your meal!
