- 1 head Broccoli Florets (Lightly steamed)
- 12 oz Sliced Smoked Sausage
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 medium Onion (Diced)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until smooth. Stir in the sautéed onion and garlic.
- Add in the smoked sausage, steamed broccoli, and cauliflower florets. Gently mix until well-coated in the creamy sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
