- 16 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 large Eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- For Serving: 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 1 cup Fresh Berries
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the sugar until fully dissolved.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing after each addition.
- Pour in the heavy cream and mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until the top is deeply caramelized but the center still has a slight jiggle.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Notes
For best results, serve with whipped cream and fresh berries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
