A vibrant salad featuring Honeycrisp apples, feta cheese, and candied walnuts, balanced with a honey-lemon dressing. Perfect for gatherings or light meals.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 large Honeycrisp apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup candied walnuts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- If greens aren’t pre-washed, rinse and dry them. Thinly slice the Honeycrisp apples and red onion.
- In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, apple slices, crumbled feta, dried cranberries, red onion, and candied walnuts.
- Just before serving, add the dressing and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
Notes
Store leftover salad and dressing separately to maintain freshness for up to 2 days.
