- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat, then sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
- Add grated Parmesan and mix until creamy.
- Toss in the cooked pasta until well coated with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Consider adding sautéed vegetables or substituting chicken with shrimp or tofu for creative variations.
