- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if necessary)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option)
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the formed meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For best results, don’t overmix the meat mixture to keep meatballs tender. Experiment with different herbs for added flavor.
