Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a gluten-free option)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the formed meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
