- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until it’s well-browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger if you’re using it.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the pan and add the honey garlic mixture.
- Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until aromatic and slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the pan, coating it well with the sauce to ensure every bite is flavorful.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey garlic mixture for a few hours before cooking. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
