Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until it’s well-browned and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger if you’re using it.
  5. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the pan and add the honey garlic mixture.
  6. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until aromatic and slightly thickened.
  7. Return the chicken to the pan, coating it well with the sauce to ensure every bite is flavorful.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
