Instructions
- In a large pot, melt chocolate chips and marshmallows over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gently fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet and shape them into round cookies.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes until they firm up.
