- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add olive oil, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until it forms a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- While the dough rises, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Once baked, garnish with parsley, cut into strips, and enjoy warm.
