Homemade Big Mac Wraps

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: None

Description

A quick and easy twist on the classic Big Mac, these homemade wraps are packed with flavor and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 whole wheat or low-carb wraps
  • 1 pound ground beef (or substitute with ground turkey or plant-based meat)
  • 4 slices of cheese (American or cheddar recommended)
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 1/2 cup pickles (dill pickles or sliced jalapeños)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (light version if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon relish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (or alternative) until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish to make the special sauce.
  3. Lay a wrap flat and spread a generous spoonful of sauce over it.
  4. Add a slice of cheese, chopped lettuce, cooked meat, and pickles.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly, folding in the edges as you go, to enclose the filling.
  6. Enjoy your wraps while fresh, or store them for later!

Notes

For a crispier wrap, consider toasting the assembled wrap in a pan or grill for a minute or two. You can also prep the sauce in advance.
