Description
Enjoy the iconic flavors of a Big Mac in a convenient wrap form, perfect for quick dinners or gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup chopped onions
- 0.5 cup dill pickles, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Chill while preparing the rest.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until there’s no pink remaining, then drain any excess fat.
- Microwave the tortillas between damp paper towels for 30 seconds, or toast them briefly in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of the Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Add a scoop of ground beef, lettuce, onions, pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll each wrap tightly. Place seam-side down in a dry skillet and toast for 2–3 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Slice diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat on a skillet to maintain crispness. Experiment with different ingredients to suit your taste.
