Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: in one bowl, place the flour; in a second bowl, beat the eggs; and in a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour, ensuring it’s coated evenly. Then, transfer it into the beaten egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil to enhance crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
