- 1 pound chicken breast strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mix.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray to encourage browning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Feel free to substitute the breadcrumbs with crushed cornflakes for extra crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
