Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a dredging station with three bowls: one with flour, the second with beaten eggs, and the third with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mix.
  4. Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray to encourage browning.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the breadcrumbs with crushed cornflakes for extra crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
