- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
- Gradually pour in the warm water while stirring, until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
- Once risen, gently deflate the dough and shape it into baguettes.
- Allow the shaped baguettes to rise again for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Transfer the baguettes to a baking sheet and make diagonal slashes on the tops.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and crusty.
- Let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
