- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Wash the apples thoroughly and slice them thinly, keeping the skin on.
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar (if using) until well mixed.
- Arrange the apple slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
- Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the apple slices.
- Bake the apple slices for 1-2 hours, flipping them halfway through for even crispness.
- Once golden and crisp, remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For long-term storage, refrigerate and re-crisp in the oven if necessary.
