Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Wash the apples thoroughly and slice them thinly, keeping the skin on.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar (if using) until well mixed.
  4. Arrange the apple slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the apple slices.
  6. Bake the apple slices for 1-2 hours, flipping them halfway through for even crispness.
